David Thompson is President and CEO of InvesTrust, and CEO of ASC Holding, InvesTrust’s parent company. Prior to joining InvesTrust in 2012, David was president of OPUBCO Communications Group and Publisher of The Oklahoman, Oklahoma’s largest newspaper.
Mr. Thompson is very active in the community and serves on the boards of Integris Health, The Greater Oklahoma City Chamber, United Way of Central Oklahoma, The YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City, Allied Arts, and The Last Frontier Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
In his free time, David enjoys golf, motorsports, and spending time with his family.

Mark Williams, CFA
Mark is the firm’s Chief Investment Officer. In this role Mark is responsible for directing the firm’s investment strategy, including monitoring overall performance, developing long-range investment plans and strategies, overseeing securities investment operations and identifying market trends and opportunities.
Mark has over twenty-five years of experience in the investment and financial services industries. His career began as a security analyst and quickly progressed to portfolio management. After ten years managing multiple institutional portfolios, across multiple investment styles including value, core and growth, he became the first director of research for a $35 billion dollar institutional money manager. In this role, Mark led a team of more than twenty security analysts in the identification and research of timely investment ideas for multiple client portfolios.
Mark has also been responsible for leading several teams of investment professionals in the trust services industry. At each firm, he has led teams consisting of several portfolio managers responsible for billions of dollars in client assets. In these roles, Mark has been responsible for client service, team leadership, portfolio management, and client acquisition.
Mark’s academic achievements allow him to bring multiple disciplines to his work. He earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of the State of New York. His MBA and JD degrees were earned at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. He has been a CFA® charterholder since 1993 and is currently a member of the Oklahoma and Chicago CFA® Societies.
Mark, and his wife Michelle, have two almost adult children. He enjoys traveling with his family and helping his children achieve their dreams. Since moving to Oklahoma, they have quickly adapted to southern winters and have come to realize the importance of air conditioning!

Serving as a portfolio manager, Karen joined InvesTrust in 1999. Karen began her banking/investment career in 1986 working for Bank of America and its predecessors in the Oklahoma City area. She grew up in Oklahoma and is a graduate of Oklahoma State University. Karen has passed Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst exam. She is also a Series 65 Registered Investment Advisor Representative.
Karen is a member of the Downtown Exchange Club and has been active in the community through Boy Scouts of America and United Way. Along with her civic commitments, Karen and her family are active members of St. Andrews Catholic Church.
Karen is married to Joe who teaches 6th grade for the Moore Public Schools. She and Joe have three grown sons, Alan, Gregory and Michael. Karen enjoys spending time with her family in activities such as hiking and gardening.

Shane joined InvesTrust as a Vice President and Trust Officer in December 2012. In this role, he is primarily responsible for relationship management duties with InvesTrust’s individual, trust and institutional clients and their professional advisors. He draws upon his thirteen-year career in wealth management and investments to ensure his clients have an exceptional experience working with the integrated team at InvesTrust. Prior to joining the firm, Shane served as a Private Banker for a large investment management firm located in Oklahoma City.
He was raised in New York and originally found Oklahoma when he attended Oral Roberts University in Tulsa where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 1997. Shane later went back to school and earned his MBA from The University of Oklahoma in 2010 while working full-time. He currently holds NASD Securities Licenses Series 7, 63 and 65 and has maintained them since 1999.
Shane resides in Yukon, Oklahoma with his wife, Erica. Together they enjoy cooking, travelling and hosting parties at their house. They also spend time spoiling their three dogs as well as their eleven nieces and nephews. Shane is interested in a variety of industries and has grown particularly fond of the Oil and Gas Industry since moving to Oklahoma. He is a member of the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association and Young Professionals in Energy Association.

He has worked at InvesTrust since 1997. Previously, Charles worked for 27 years in the Trust Department of Liberty/Bank One. He earned his Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Arts degrees in political science and economics from Oklahoma State University. He served two years in the U.S. Navy in the Tonkin Gulf and two years in Northern Ireland.
Charles grew up in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He has served in various volunteer capacities with Boy Scouts of America and is currently serving on the Southern Region Board. Charles heads the Oklahoma City Economic Roundtable.

Before moving to Oklahoma in 1977, Karen lived in California, Texas, Florida and Ohio. She attended Rose State College and completed the ABA’s Trust Graduate School as well as numerous seminars and classes related to Trust.
She has been active in the community as a Advisory Committee Member of the Lockhart Foundation, an animal rescue foundation as well as other charitable groups.
Karen is married to Mike Grant and has two adult children, Kelli who is a Second Grade Teacher in Moore schools and Kirk, who is active duty with the Oklahoma Army National Guard.
She enjoys spending her free time working on garden projects and spending time with family.

Jordan Young is a Trust Officer and has worked at InvesTrust since 2006. Growing up in Ada, Oklahoma he received a B.S. in Business Administration from East Central University. He is also a graduate of the American Bankers Association National Trust School.
As an active community member, Jordan is President-Elect of the Lyric Understudies, a young patrons group of Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma. His civic activities also include serving as Art Committee chair of the Omelette Party, an annual fundraiser benefiting the Oklahoma City Museum of Art. He received a forty under 40 award from okc.biz magazine in 2011.
Residing in Northwest Oklahoma City, Jordan enjoys keeping up with the latest trends in technology. Additionally he enjoys entertaining, traveling, and has recently rediscovered the joys of reading.

Jeri became vice president of Retirement Specialists and Trust Officer at InvesTrust in 2000. She has 22 years of administrative retirement plan experience. She previously worked for American Fidelity Assurance Company, where she administered the defined benefit and contribution plans.
From Cordell, Oklahoma, Jeri attended Oklahoma State University and Southwestern Oklahoma State University. She is a Series 65 Registered Investment Advisor. Jeri also earned the designation of a Certified Retirement Services Professional from the Institute of Certified Bankers. She is a member of the Southwest Benefit Association, Institute of Certified Bankers, and American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. Jeri serves on the Board of Advisors Committee for the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce. Jeri attends seminars and conferences to keep abreast of the constant changes in retirement plans.
Jeri volunteers for the Women of the South, a group of South Oklahoma City women that created a non-profit organization comprised of women helping women.”Our mission is to provide cultural, civic, educational and social activities for the South Oklahoma City metro area.”
Jeri is married to Larry and they have one daughter, Brandi who teaches 7th grade reading in the Moore school district.

Peter Junkin serves in investment capacities for both Asset Services Company and InvesTrust. At Asset Services, he is Vice President and consultant. He is in charge of investment manager research as well as the main point of contact for clients. For InvesTrust, Peter is a member of the Trust Investment Committee and a trust officer. His responsibilities include overseeing research and analysis of investment managers and mutual funds for client investments.
Having spent most of his growing up in Edmond, Oklahoma, he then went to Oklahoma State University where he received his B.S. in Finance. Prior to joining Asset Services and InvesTrust in 2007, Peter spent 10 years in the construction industry doing analytical work as a project estimator.
Peter was the featured presenter at the Spring 2009 Oklahoma Stock Market Game Awards sponsored by the Oklahoma Council on Economic Education. He is a Series 65 Registered Investment Advisor Representative.
Peter and his wife, Michelle, enjoy an active lifestyle including triathlons and marathons. They have two children: Amira and Sammy.

Brandi Martinez is the Operations Manager and a Trust Officer for InvesTrust Retirement Specialists and has worked for InvesTrust since 2000. Her responsibilities include over seeing the daily operations of the employee benefits area. Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Brandi began her career American Fidelity Assurance Company. She spent 8 years in the Annuity Services Department working with 403(b) retirement accounts as the Premium Team Supervisor.
Brandi is our resident expert on our Retirement Plan software platform. She has attended numerous conferences and training sessions held by our software vendor. Brandi is in the process of receiving her Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) designation from ASPPA.
Brandi volunteers at Western Heights High School and at the Community Action Agency of OKC to help teach students the importance of saving and investments.
She and her husband, Steve, have two children, Matthew and Alyssa.
Prior to working at InvesTrust, Debbie was supervisor of trust securities movement at Bank of America. She is a graduate of Cannon Trust School and has attended several seminars and classes related to Trust. She is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).
Debbie is married to Jerry and they have two dogs. Debbie believes that exercising and gardening are just some of the ways to relieve stress and stay healthy. She has completed four 1/2-marathons in the last 5 years. She is a member of the Oklahoma Cash Management Association.
Ryan joined InvesTrust as a Trust Officer in 2013. He grew up in Edmond and received a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma. He received his J.D. from the University of Tulsa and is a licensed attorney. Ryan regularly advises clients on the design and implementation of all types of retirement plans, including 401(k), 403(b), 457(b) and nonqualified deferred compensation plans. He also assists clients with ERISA and fiduciary issues. He is a registered Series 65 Investment Advisor Representative.
Prior to joining InvesTrust, Ryan has worked in the employee benefits compliance field for large financial institutions in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Dallas, Texas.

Shannon has been with InvesTrust since 2004. She serves as the Sr. Investment Analyst. Shannon conducts investment research and due diligence including: screening, evaluation, presentation and written reports to clients. In addition to research, Shannon works with the CIO in the research and evaluation of asset allocation models, performance monitoring and client education. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma. Shannon’s prior experience includes retirement plan recordkeeping, banking and legal services.
Shannon lives in Edmond with her husband and three children.

Cathy serves in the role of CFO for all ASC Holding, LLC entities. She has over 25 years of accounting/finance experience, including public accounting, and personal trust accounting. Cathy works closely with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, along with several other regulatory agencies and audit firms, assuring the financial integrity in our company financial statements and various reporting. Additionally, she provides accounting and tax work for various clients. Cathy is a CPA and an active member with the AICPA, the OSCPA and the Oklahoma City Chapter of the OSCPA.
Cathy is originally from Oklahoma, and currently resides in Choctaw with her husband Rex. Cathy and Rex have one adult daughter, and a grandson that is their pride and joy. In their spare time Cathy and Rex enjoy a wide range of activities including scuba diving, rock climbing, and hiking.

Wendy is responsible for the financial reporting of all ASC Holding, LLC entities. In addition to monthly financial report production, she works with auditors, regulators and examiners. Additionally, she provides accounting and tax work for clients including individuals, businesses, foundations and non-profit organizations. She is also the Human Relations/Employee Benefits Coordinator and has her Professional in Human Resources designation.
Prior to joining Asset Services, Wendy worked for two years for Grayce B. Kerr Fund, Inc., handling all the financial demands of the foundation as well as working with organizations seeking grants. This experience was preceded by seven years in the banking industry.

Matt Murphy is the Chief Information Officer of InvesTrust and Asset Services Company where he manages the Information Technology Department. Growing up in Oklahoma, he received a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma, and earned a Masters of Information Systems Management from the University of Phoenix. Matt has worked in the information technology field in several capacities and has earned several certifications.
Balancing career with community involvement, Matt is involved in several activities, including supporting local arts programs through the Midtown OKC Rotary. He is also a member of the Leadership Oklahoma City Alumni Association.
Always excited to learn and experience new things, Matt spends his free time cooking, auto racing, reading, and traveling.

Before coming to InvesTrust, Misty worked for Midland Mortgage for five years.
Misty grew up in Little Axe and now resides in South Oklahoma City with husband Micah.
When she’s not at work, Misty enjoys spending time with her family, working out, and riding motorcycles.
Melissa has been in the banking industry since 1997. Before coming to InvesTrust in 2010, she was operations manager for JPMorgan Chase Bank. Melissa grew up in Jones, Okla. And now resides in Edmond with her husband Brian, daughter M’Lynn and son Brady. Melissa is an active member of the Junior League of OKC and in her spare time volunteers at Sunbeam Family Services.

Michele Goldsworthy Aguilera
Michele joined our company in September 2010 as an administrative assistant. She provides support and assistance to clients and staff and enjoys managing client communications.
Michele grew up in Oklahoma City and is a graduate of Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School, Oklahoma State University and the University of Central Oklahoma. Her previous work experiences share a focus on customer service and satisfaction in the hospitality and healthcare fields.
She is an active parishioner and volunteer at St. Eugene Church. She has three children currently attending the University of Oklahoma, BMCHS and the Catholic School of St. Eugene.

Roy Hicks joined InvesTrust in 2012 as a Network Administrator. His duties include troubleshooting and implementation of our desktop and network infrastructure. Roy also helps generate all of InvesTrust’s communication pieces including statements and newsletters. Prior to working with InvesTrust, Mr. Hicks worked as a Paramedic Supervisor.

Kristi has been in the banking industry since 2002. Previously a Sales and Service Associate for JPMorgan Chase Bank, Kristi joined InvesTrust in 2012 as a Retirement Plan Specialist. She graduated from Rose State College and the University of Central Oklahoma.
